We are located in the heart of Big Sur, on the ocean side of Highway 1. Our very sunny and bright property neighbors Andrew Molera State Park and is located a short drive up the hill on our private gravel road. The River Inn Village is just minutes away with a small deli, shops, restaurants and a massage studio.
Our place offers breathtaking mountain views, gorgeous sunsets, a distant ocean view and lots of peace and quiet.

Guest Studio: $ 160/night and up
Vintage Trailer: $ 175/night and up
Dog Fee: $ 10/night (waived for longer stays)
Additional Fees:
10.5% Monterey Tourism Tax
$40 Cleaning Fee
All rates are for a minimum stay of 2 nights (1-night stays might be possible for an extra fee).
Rates increase during high season, holidays and special events.
